The company is the world’s largest provider of on-demand internet streaming media, and their service is available in countries such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Ireland, the Caribbean, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Spain, and Central and South American countries such as Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela, Peru, and Mexico, among others.

The site currently has over 36 million subscribers globally, with the majority of clients based in the United States. In the United States, Netflix also provides movie and television show rental services via US mail, which is likely one of the reasons why the majority of its subscribers are based in the United States; simply put, diversity of offerings.

I believe that the key to this company’s success is its internet video streaming service, which allows consumers to watch movies and popular television shows instantaneously via PCs running Windows or Mac OS X, or other suitable devices such as Android and iOS (iPhone/iPad) powered devices. The only drawback to the view instantly function is that the accessible content is rather limited, and because content is served based on the user’s IP address, the available content will become even more limited depending on your location.

What I appreciate best about this service is that you can watch your favorite movies and TV series as much as you want, whenever you want, from nearly any device that has internet connectivity.
